START OF PRACTICAL COURSE DATES: 18-19 October 2025
This four unit course will begin with an Induction Day on 14th September 2025 followed by Anatomy & Physiology e-learning as part of your home-study hours (see sample e-learning, bottom of this page). The practical course dates will take place on weekends, usually once a month starting 18-19 October. In-person attendance is ideal, but we understand when the weather or family situations make this difficult. Attendance via Zoom is available and there is excellent wifi at the Community Hall. In between course dates, group Zoom meetings may be scheduled.
PREREQUISITES: Ideally, you will have been practising yoga for at least 2 years and be able to provide contact details of your teacher for a reference. It is expected that you will have Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent. You must have access to a computer device with a webcam (desktop, laptop or tablet) for the coursework and Zoom sessions.

An exciting opportunity to attain two regulated qualifications through the study of Antenatal and Postnatal Yoga in one cohesive course. INTRO SESSION: 3:30-5:30 PM Sunday, 8 June (online)
START OF PRACTICAL COURSE DATES: to be confirmed
This is an exciting opportunity to gain a new qualification in teaching exercises suitable for active older adults who aim to prevent degeneration of muscles, joints, balance and cognition so that they can stay fit, healthy and independent for decades. With Rosemary as your main tutor, the study will begin with some e-learning for the theory part of the qualification – see sample e-learning video below.
The practical course dates will take place over three weekends. In-person attendance is ideal, but we understand when the weather or family situations make this difficult. Attendance via Zoom is available and there is excellent wifi at the Rixton with Glazebrook Community Hall in Warrington, Greater Manchester. In between course dates, group Zoom meetings may be scheduled.

PREREQUISITES: A suitable mindbody teaching qualification in yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi. etc. During the course, you may need to complete a safeguarding adults course either locally or online unless you already have a certificate.
