The first step is to complete the Application Form if you have not already done so.
After you have been offered a place by the tutor, you can proceed with registration/payment by using the Registration Form below. This will confirm your acceptance of a place on the course.

Use the Registration and Deposit Payment Form below. If you do not have a BWY Number, you can set up a BWY free member account in order to get your membership number for the form. Proceed through Step 3 of BWY’s Students guide to registering on a RCM training course

In this way, you will get a free BWY member account number to put on your form as your Unique Learner Number (ULN) for the course.
We will discuss Steps 4 and beyond at the induction session because it will involve the training centre Mindbody Wellness, a BWY recognised centre member, filing a group registration form with BWY before you pay BWY or upgrade to student teacher membership, which includes your group insurance coverage and lots of other perks.

All Applicants accepting the offer of a place should complete and submit the Registration + Deposit Form below well in advance of the published Induction Session so that your tutor can confirm with the administrator that your payment was received, then your tutor will set up your user account on the learning management system and send you the Zoom link for the Induction session. Normally, this process takes several days.

DEPOSIT & EASY PAYMENT PLAN

Price: £500.00

Mindbody Wellness is offering this interest-free Easy Payment Plan for learners with financial hardship who are keen to reserve a place on the course. Attending the Induction session and getting set up to start the Anatomy & Physiology e-learning is dependent on your payment of the non-refundable deposit of £500 to Mindbody Wellness Training Ltd via bank transfer. Additionally, you are confirming that the Standing Order Mandate sent to you by your tutor has been completed and submitted to your bank for 11 further payments starting 1st December 2025 with final payment on 1st October 2026.

I confirm that on the date below I made a bank transfer of £500 to Mindbody Wellness Training Ltd as the non-refundable deposit for Course No. TY2501, plus I have submitted the completed Standing Order Mandate for the balance to be paid in 11 monthly instalments to Mindbody Wellness starting 1 December 2025 and ending 1 October 2026, as instructed by my tutor. All of these payments can be identified by the Reference TY2501 followed by my surname. I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable.
