The first step is to complete the Application Form on https://mindbodywellness.org.uk/forms-application if you have not already done so.
After you have been offered a place by the tutor, you can proceed with registration/payment by using the Registration Form below to confirm your acceptance of your place on the course. 

Payment methods:

• As we are a new company – set up to pilot the  new Level 3 qualifications, which otherwise would not have happened –  we have had thousands of pounds of set-up costs with no way of making an income until the courses could be formally launched in August.   It would be helpful if you could pay the whole fee of £670 for each course up front.
• However, we understand that a lot of people would find it difficult to make a full payment for both courses, i.e., £1,340.  So, there is an Easy Payment Plan on the Registration Form below, which means making a £440 initial payment in November or December by bank transfer in order to reserve your place.  Furthermore, we are currently offering a One-Time Offer from now until 31 December with  £150 off the balance,  or 5 payments of £150 instead of 6 payments. Of course, we need some sort of guarantee that you will make the five payments in February-June 2026.  It would therefore be helpful if you could download, print, complete and sign the Standing Order Mandate in addition to completing the Online Registration Form below.  Then send the completed Mandate to your bank.  Let us know on the registration form that you have done this.  Alternatively, if setting this up via online banking, please send a screenshot to your tutor.
• If your initial Teacher Training was not done with BWY, the qualification you did will need to be approved by the Awarding Organisation British Wheel of Yoga Qualifications (BWYQ) before your tutor can offer you a place on this professional development course for already-qualified teachers.  Once approved, you will need to follow the BWY Guide to Becoming a  BWY Student Teacher on a RCM training course so that you have a specially-set-up BWY number for this course.   See Students guide to registering on a RCM training course

All Applicants accepting the offer of a discounted place should complete the Registration Form below, make the payment/standing order and submit the Registration Form below before 31 December 2025.  Access to the Unit 1 e-learning  module will then be made available.

Price: £440.00

The total cost of the separate Antenatal and Postnatal qualifications (64 hours each) would normally be £1,340, with £440 registration/deposit fees paid up front. The non-refundable £440 includes BWYQ awarding organisation fees for e-learning, external quality assurance and certification and Mindbody Wellness assessment and internal quality assurance.

With the One-TIme Offer of £150 off the balance of £900, £750 is due. This can be paid up front by bank transfer as above or in five payments of £150 each on on 15/02/26, 15/03/26, 15/04/26, 15/05/26 and 15/06/25, i.e. you save by not having to make the normal final payment in July.
