The practical course dates will take place over three weekends. In-person attendance is ideal, but we understand when the weather or family situations make this difficult. Attendance via Zoom is available and there is excellent wifi at the Rixton with Glazebrook Community Hall in Warrington, Greater Manchester. In between course dates, group Zoom meetings may be scheduled. You will then be setting up a course for chair-based students and Rosemary will come to assess one of these sessions for your final Assessed Class Teaching.
Rosemary was one of the research teachers on the trial funded by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) conducted by Northumbria University and the York Trials Unit: see : Gentle Years Yoga Research Trial
