The first step is to complete the Application Form on https://mindbodywellness.org.uk/forms-application if you have not already done so.
After you have been offered a place by the tutor, you can proceed with registration/payment by using the Registration Form below to confirm your acceptance of your place on the course. 

Payment methods:

• As we are a new company – set up to pilot the  new Level 3 qualifications, which otherwise would not have happened –  we have had thousands of pounds of set-up costs with no way of making an income until the courses could be formally launched in August.   It wold be helpful if you could pay the whole fee of £670 up front and the payment method is shown on the Registration Form.
• However, we understand that a lot of people would find it difficult to make a full payment in October, so there is an Easy Payment Plan on the Registration Form below, which means making a £220 initial payment in October by bank transfer.  Of course, we need some sort of guarantee that you will make the next three payments in February-April 2026.  It would therefore be helpful if you could download, print, complete and sign the 3 month standing order form Feb-Apr 2026  in addition to completing the Online Registration Form below.  Then send the completed Mandate to your bank.  Let us know on the registration form that you have done this.
• If your initial Teacher Training was not done with BWY, the qualification you did will need to be approved by the Awarding Organisation British Wheel of Yoga Qualifications (BWYQ) before your tutor can offer you a place on this professional development course for already-qualified teachers.  Once approved, you will need to follow the BWY Guide to Becoming a  BWY Student Teacher on a RCM training course so that you have a specially-set-up BWY number for this course.   See Students guide to registering on a RCM training course

Price: £670.00

The total cost of this 66-hour online course is £670. The course fee includes what needs to be transferred up front to BWYQ as the awarding organisation fees for learner registration, external quality assurance, certification and Unit 1 e-learning. It also includes the costs for tuition, assessment, internal quality assurance, final assessed class teaching observation plus a portion of the Mindbody Wellness overheads for course administration. After you have been offered a place, please register and pay for your place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Enrollment is based on first-come-first-served registration.

PAYMENT OPTION 2 - EASY PAYMENT PLAN

Price: £220.00

Mindbody Wellness is offering this interest-free Easy Payment Plan for learners with financial hardship who are keen to reserve a place on the course. This will allow starting the Unit 1 e-learning as early as 31 October 2025. An initial payment of £220 can be made to Mindbody Wellness Training Ltd via bank transfer along with your confirmation that a Standing Order Mandate has been sent to your bank to make three further payments of £150 each on 4 February, 4 March and 4 April 2026 for Unit 2.
