ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY E-LEARNING INCLUDED

PRACTICAL COURSE DATES: 11 Oct 2026 – Dec 2027

This four unit course includes Anatomy & Physiology e-learning as part of your home-study hours (see sample e-learning, below). Practical course dates take place on weekends, usually once a month. In-person attendance is ideal, but we understand when weather or family problems make this difficult. Attendance via Zoom is available with excellent wifi at the Community Hall.   In between course dates, group or individual Zoom meetings may be scheduled.

 

PREREQUISITES FOR COURSE:  Ideally, you will  have been practising yoga for at least 1-2 years. It is expected that you will have Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent. You must have access to a computer device with a webcam (desktop, laptop or tablet) for the coursework and Zoom sessions.

PRACTICAL COURSE DATES:  Five Sundays 8 November 2026 – July 2027

This three unit course will be taking place over five practical course dates on Sundays, usually once a month.

In-person attendance is ideal, but we understand when weather or family problems make this difficult. Attendance via Zoom is available with excellent wifi at Ilkley Yoga Centre.   In between course dates, group or individual Zoom meetings may be scheduled.
